Using Mass Mail

Mass Mail is an application that allows you to send an email message to a list of people. When sending a message you have the following options (Screenshot):

• Set the Sender Name and Sender Email.
• Set the Subject of the email.
• Set the Message Text. This can be either HTML or regular text. The application will determine what you enter and format the message accordingly. You can also upload the message text if you have it in a file on your computer.
• Set the Recipient List. This is a list of email addresses separated by commas or newlines. You can upload this list if you have it in a file on your computer.
• Save & Preview the message to see what it will look like.
• Save & Send the message.
